The 2021 Folk Machine Pinot Noir was very gently extracted during fermentation and pressed early to further minimize extraction leading to a quite pretty and standout vintage in my opinion. the wine is elegant and lean per normal, but quintessentially California pinot noir with ethereal fruit and spice I say the same thing every year, but always a go-to choice to serve with almost any food, fun to drink, and not budget busting. kl
