ALL SALES ARE FINAL. HOBO WINE COMPANY does not accept any returns or exchanges on product unless defective. An item with a cosmetic default is not considered defective. If product is defective and you require a return or exchange please contact us via email: kenny@hobowines.com and speak with a HOBO WINE COMPANY Sales Representative directly. Any return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of order delivery confirmation. HOBO WINE COMPANY reserves the right to deny any return/exchange requests.
