Richer, more earthy, and more terroir driven than the cuvée, the 2021 Amaya Ridge is delicate and silky on the palate while heartwarming in fruit and alpine spices. As always, it is from the two lower older blocks of the vineyard planted 50/50 to heritage clones, Saintsburg and Calera. 40% whole cluster and aged in two neutral and one second fill French oak barrel.
