2021 Folk Machine Sauvignon Blanc, Dry Creek Valley
We farm a little spot on the Westside of Dry Creek Valley that will be officially certified organic for the harvest of 2022. Old Sauvignon Blanc vines occupy the lower 3 acres of the property. We collaborated with Other Brother Beer this year and they did a co-ferment with some of the juice. This is the wine version that we made. Andy Pitts, designer extraordinaire, did the label. Only 30 cases produced.
